Please contact us if you think you may require additional support, or ever if you just have a few questions regarding the Tree Top Adventure.

Below few examples of when groups, families or individuals could need any additional support or guidance to help them get the most out of La-oh Park! Where additional companions are utilised to enhance a customer’s experience or make it easier to access, these participants can be provided  a discount. In all instances, all customers must meet the minimum requirements, see the Be Ready section  for further details.

Deafness

We can accommodate deaf groups, that’s not a problem. You might find it easier to bring along a BSL interpreter or a companion or two to help communicate with the staff on the day.

Visual Impairment

Those with visual impairments can participate, but depending on the severity, you may need up to two additional companions to help assist you through the course. The glasses need to be secured throughout the course to avoid any fall.

Amputees

There are many variables, depending on which limb(s). As long as any prosthetics are securely attached, or you are able negotiate the course without, you should have no problem.

Mental health

Depending on the type and severity, you may need up to two additional companions to help assist you through the course. We are happy to chat through requirements.
